Shipping & Delivery

 The delivery time of the orders is divided into two parts: Processing and Shipping time
The Processing time: Our units are all custom made and processing time is around 7-12 business days  
 
The Shipping time: After the processing time allow 3-7 business days for delivery in Canada via Canada Post and for International Orders, 5-7 business days via UPS . We also offer fast shipping services 2-3 Days via DHL. Signature is required for all internationals deliveries.
 
All orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the next business day.
You will be able to follow your order with the tracking number that will be provide via email once your goods are dispatched.
 
We are not currently accepting a postal box or a mailing center for the shipping. A physical address is required. 
All packages come with a confirmed tracking number. We advise to follow up with your package using this tracking number. If you will not be home on the expected delivery date/time, you can request to have your package held at your local post office. In the event of a delivery delay, please contact the courier company.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Due to different customs policies from one country to another, we are not responsible for the customs fees to be paid upon receipt where applicable.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES/FAILED DELIVERY
All packages, once shipped is the exclusive responsibility of the recipient. KEYROLL HAIR will NOT be responsible for orders with incorrect shipping information causing packages to be lost or stolen and thus, will not issue a refund or replacement for any package lost or stolen.
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect phone number, wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect or receive the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Keyroll Hair Inc) at the customers expense.
The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred .The return will also be subject to 15% restocking fees on the item amount. This total amount will be deducted from the total of the order in case of a refund and will be reimbursed on the initial payment method.
Once we receive the package back , there will be an additional shipping fee to be paid by the customer for the package to be reshipped.
