Return & Exchange
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. As part of our quality assurance measures, every order is thoroughly inspected before shipping in order to maintain the premium standard requirements of our customers.
That's why we offer a return for exchange if the product you received is not your order due to our mistake (wrong item or wrong products received) .
Notify it to us within 48 hours of receiving the item(s). The package needs to be shipped back within 5 days after receiving our confirmation of exchange.
All the shipping and returns charges will be at OUR own expense.
Once we agree to a return for exchange, please make sure to respect those followings:
• Wigs must be in original condition (no lace cut, no holes) , same for the hair products.
• Wigs must not have been worn , restyled or washed
• If the wig is damaged in any way , it will fail the process
You should send us back the full packaging the exact way you received it including
• Box
• Any gifts included in and instructions
• Wig in her original packaging
*Please note that this return and exchange policies is not available on custom made order or color on request and items on sales
Orders Cancellations
